Although indicted for murder this animal was allowed to evade his imminent arrest by trying to implicate the father of Della Penna in a murder for hire scheme that he, Carpino was directly involved. The young murder victim was kidnapped, drugged, tortured, gang raped, murdered, and dismembered and had her body parts strewn across state lines and left to rot in Jackson township NJ. The head of this poor young lady has yet to be recovered, however, Mr. D’Alfonso, a proud and distinguished Marine who served his country with honor and dignity, Has been able to use those skills taught to him by the department of defense to obtain the whereabouts of the severed head. Of which was buried in a wall of the former home of Carpino’s cohort Dennis “Turtle” Perfield of cottage st. in the Tacony section of Philadelphia. Among the crimes of which Carpino either has direct involvement or firsthand knowledge of, are the murders of 8 other young women from the same area and all murdered and in the same fashion. Also, the attempted murder of Ralph “Lucifer” Yannotta,http://news.google.com/newspapers?nid=1356&dat=19741107&id=y2o0AAAAIBAJ&sjid=zg4EAAAAIBAJ&pg=4924,1131014 by beating, stabbing, shooting, and injecting battery acid into his veins. Miraculously Yannotta survived the attack and is now serving a life sentence in the federal WITSEC Program. And through Mr. D’Alfonso’s investigative work, he has now been able to link Carpino to the K. and A. gang and other outlaw motorcycle organizations to these murders. Eugene D. Conspired with the Department of Justice (DOJ), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to suppress evidence, that would have stopped many of these tragedies from taking place. These government employees, sworn to protect us, have aided and abetted Carpino in these crimes by ignoring Carpinos direct involvement and allowing Carpino to walk among us a free man, while innocent people suffer to this day because of this criminal.
